The generator rotor AC impedance tester is our company’s latest enhanced model of AC impedance testing equipment. Product Features

  1. Fully automatic acquisition, measurement, display, storage, and printing of all measurement parameters and impedance characteristic curves (voltage, current, impedance, power, frequency, equipment ID, time, etc.).
  2. With an ultra-wide measurement range, it can automatically and manually measure the AC impedance of all generator rotors as well as their characteristic curves.
  3. The instrument features a built-in, ultra-large-capacity memory for storing test data, which can be uploaded to a PC via a standard industrial communication interface (RS232). Combined with our company’s proprietary software, this enables data download, automatic generation, and editing of comprehensive test reports, facilitating technical management and archiving.
  4. It features comprehensive overvoltage and overcurrent protection, with the setpoints for these protections automatically adjusted based on the configured test parameters, ensuring both ease of use and the safety of the device under test.
  5. It can also be used for no-load and short-circuit tests of single-phase transformers, as well as for volt-ampere characteristic tests of voltage (current) transformers and arc-suppression coils.
  6. Equipped with a large-screen graphical LCD, the instrument features a fully Chinese-language menu interface and cursor-guided operation for simplicity and convenience. It displays test data and curves in real time, with automatic scaling of the curve axes for clearer visualization.
  7. Equipped with a built-in microprinter, it can print AC impedance test reports and AC impedance characteristic curves in real time.

3. Insulation Strength

The insulation resistance between the voltage and current input terminals and the enclosure shall be ≥100 MΩ.
