  1. The instrument provides complete washing and drying of various laboratory glassware. Rinsing with tap water, cleaning with high-temperature detergent solution, rinsing with distilled water, and high-temperature drying are all fully automated. After drying, the surface of the glassware meets the “three-no” standard: no scale, no residual detergent, and sterility.
  2. The municipal water used for washing is heated before cleaning, and multiple cleaning methods are employed in combination to effectively remove stubborn stains as well as dirt trapped in the corners and crevices of the utensils, ensuring that they meet the required standards for use.
  3. The instrument is equipped with municipal water filtration, which can remove some large-particle impurities from the municipal water supply and thereby reduce the ingress of such impurities into the cleaning process.
  4. The air filtration system ensures that the hot air used during drying is clean, thereby preventing contamination of the cleaned glassware.
  5. The large display features an 8-inch color touchscreen that delivers an intuitive human–machine interface, allowing users to customize operating parameters. Real-time displays show the current operating status, wash solution temperature, and drying hot-air temperature, among other key parameters.
  6. Once the laboratory glassware to be washed is loaded into the instrument, no overturning or translational movement occurs during the washing process, thereby ensuring that the items remain undamaged.
  7. The instrument features multiple protection functions, including overcurrent protection, overheating protection, leakage protection, and a pure water shortage alarm, ensuring safer operation.
  8. By using polyurethane as the insulation material and incorporating thermal-insulation mesh technology, heat loss can be minimized, thereby reducing energy consumption.
