Product Overview

The MCQJ-36S2 instrument is our company’s latest-generation DC resistance tester, featuring wide-range surface-mount technology and high-performance integrated circuits, with a test accuracy of 0.05%.

The MCQJ-36S2 high DC low resistance tester is a brand-new DC resistance tester with the highest accuracy and stability in the industry, specially launched by Hubei MECI Electric Power Equipment Co., Ltd. after years of testing experience in the field of resistance testing, to meet the ultra-low resistance testing needs of industries such as cables, materials, and shunts. Its minimum test resolution can reach 0.01 µΩ. The MCQJ-36S2 adopts a pulse reverse current testing mode, which greatly reduces the testing error caused by the heating of the device under test due to the large current during the testing process. The latest model, MCQJ-36S2, is equipped with resistivity calculation function and can be optionally fitted with an infrared thermometer for non-contact temperature compensation.

The instrument features professional sorting capabilities, including one data storage channel and a variety of configurable audible alarm settings. It is also equipped with a Handler interface for integration into automated sorting systems to enable fully automated production-line testing. Additionally, it incorporates built-in RS232C and USB interfaces, with an optional GPIB interface available, for remote control as well as data acquisition and analysis.

The computer-based remote control commands are compatible with SCPI (Standard Commands for Programmable Instruments), enabling efficient remote control and data acquisition.
