Product Overview

The Instrument Transformer Characteristic Comprehensive Tester is a multifunctional field testing instrument specifically designed for testing instrument transformers, including their volt-ampere characteristics, turns ratio, polarity, error curves, calculation of the inflection point, and secondary circuit verification.

During testing, simply set the desired test voltage and current, and the instrument will automatically step up the voltage and current while rapidly displaying the transformer’s VA characteristic curve as well as test results such as turns ratio and polarity. It can also be used to test bushing CTs installed in transformers.

Supports data storage and on-site printing, eliminating the need for time-consuming manual pressure adjustment, manual recording, and curve plotting. Test data can also be uploaded to a computer via the USB interface for editing, saving, or printing. No external current or voltage boosters or a 380 V power supply are required.

It is simple and convenient to operate, enhances work efficiency, and can be used in high-temperature, high-humidity, and extremely cold environments. It is a cost-effective, high-tech product.
