Product Overview

Product Features

  1. High-power FSK power-line carrier communication achieves a theoretical communication range that covers the entire service area of any distribution station.
  2. A specialized pulse current transmission and detection method ensures that signal crosstalk errors will not occur due to the proximity of co-located high-voltage distribution areas.
  3. The fast and convenient transformer-zone identification function can be initiated from a remote terminal, with a test duration of no more than 6 seconds and 100% accuracy. The display provides simple, clear, and unambiguous results, including the identifier of the transformer zone to which the tested customer belongs and the phase (A, B, or C) of the meter under test, ensuring intuitive and easy-to-understand presentation.
  4. The branch identification function accurately determines the branch of the power supply line serving the measured user’s distribution area. A single host unit can simultaneously test three branches, and when multiple host units operate in parallel, the system can be expanded to accommodate up to 18 branches.
  5. Equipped with mutual testing functionality for transformer stations, multiple host units can operate simultaneously to accurately determine the independence of each transformer station under test and whether any electrical connections exist among them.
  6. Equipped with neutral–live wire identification, it can indicate whether the neutral and live wires are connected correctly and whether there is any reverse connection.
  7. It features phase-sequence detection, capable of determining whether the phase sequence of phases A, B, and C is “positive” or “reverse.”
  8. Current measurement is performed using a flexible clamp (optional 50 A, 100 A, 250 A, and 500 A clamp meters are available).
  9. Multiple operating modes are available for flexible selection and convenient configuration; the device supports various communication methods, including standalone power-line carrier, standalone current-pulse transmission, and a combined power-line carrier–current-pulse mode.
  10. Multi-device operation mode: the instruments do not distinguish between master and slave units, and each device can be configured as either a master or a slave. The system supports three modes—single master with multiple slaves, multiple masters with a single slave, and multiple masters with multiple slaves—providing flexible configuration to enhance user convenience and significantly improve operational efficiency.
  11. Accurately measures a wide range of electrical parameters, including three-phase voltage, current, active power, phase angle, power factor, frequency, and total power, and can be used as an electrical parameter tester.
  12. The instrument can detect phase-loss conditions and automatically display a prompt on the LCD screen.
  13. Power quality analysis for low-voltage power grids. The instrument provides precise measurements of the 2nd to 51st harmonic components of three-phase voltage and three-phase current, as well as the total harmonic distortion of voltage and current in each phase.
  14. Vector diagram display function. The instrument can display the vector diagram of the three-phase voltage and three-phase current, facilitating the inspection of incorrect wiring in low-voltage customer metering devices.
  15. Basic oscilloscope functionality. The instrument can display the actual waveforms of three-phase voltage and three-phase current, allowing users to instantly grasp the waveform characteristics of the device under test.
  16. The instrument is equipped with a self-diagnostic function: when component damage occurs due to overvoltage, mechanical shock, or other causes, the instrument shall diagnose the faulty section and provide accurate fault indications.
  17. The instrument features automatic live–neutral wire identification. During metering area or branch circuit testing, the remote unit automatically verifies that the live and neutral wires are correctly connected and displays a corresponding prompt on the screen.
  18. Equipped with a large, true-color, fully transmissive LCD screen that remains clear even in bright sunlight. Features Chinese-language and graphical display, a user-friendly interface, intuitive visualization, and simple operation.
  19. The conductive silicone key operation mode features a well-optimized design and simple, intuitive operation, with long service life and high sensitivity. This effectively addresses the common issues associated with touch-screen interfaces, such as frequent malfunctions after prolonged use that render the device inoperable, or reduced touch sensitivity that compromises normal user experience.
  20. The instrument can save the results of the distribution station affiliation test as a record, including: test date, test time, distribution transformer number, meter number, and associated phase.
  21. Test records can be copied to the backend management computer via USB flash drives or other portable storage devices for centralized management, enabling categorized statistical analysis of data records. This facilitates the marketing department’s accurate understanding of each customer’s distribution station affiliation, phase assignment, and branch circuit assignment, as well as precise accounting of load distribution and line loss rates.
  22. To ensure operational safety, the instrument is equipped with multiple protective features. The power supply circuit includes independent, rapidly replaceable protective components. During equipment operation, if line voltage is inadvertently connected during wiring, the instrument will remain undamaged, provide an alert indicating the misconnection, and prevent the test from being executed.
