MC-XB300 Harmonic Analyzer

Model: MC-XB300 Quantity: 1 set Manufacturer: Hubei MECI Electric Power Equipment Co., Ltd

Category: Power Quality, Harmonic Analyzer

Keywords: MC-XB300 Harmonic Analyzer

Product Overview

With the rapid development of China’s national economy, electricity demand has increased dramatically, particularly due to the continuous growth in the capacity of impulsive and nonlinear loads, which leads to waveform distortion in the power grid. The MC-XB300 Power Harmonic Analyzer, launched by our company (hereinafter referred to as the MC-XB300), is a high-performance instrument for measuring power harmonics. It features a DSP+ARM core and a color LCD display, resulting in a more compact design, enhanced functionality, and more convenient operation.

Product Features

  • Safe and reliable

The voltage input employs a high-voltage isolation module, while the current input uses an AC current clamp to ensure safe isolation between the input signal and the measurement system, thereby significantly enhancing the MC-XB300’s immunity to interference.

  • Easy to use

Portable design, compact size and lightweight, with a built-in high-performance lithium battery—no external power supply required.

  • High precision

The harmonics comply with the requirements for Class B instruments as specified in the national standard. A high-precision 16-bit A/D converter is used, with simultaneous sampling at a rate of 12.8 kHz.

  • Powerful software features

By employing a DSP+ARM core architecture, the MC-XB300 delivers high processing speed and robust software functionality, making it well-suited for complex testing and data-processing tasks and significantly enhancing testing efficiency and performance.

  • Many test parameters

Power quality parameters specified in the national standard, including system frequency, grid harmonics, fundamental voltage RMS and true RMS values, fundamental current RMS and true RMS values, active power, reactive power, harmonics from the 2nd to the 29th order, and true power factor.

  • USB port

Data can be stored on a USB flash drive.

  • Harmonic Assessment

Perform real-time harmonic data analysis to determine whether the levels are within normal limits or exceed the threshold.
