Product Overview

Product Features

  • Safe and reliable

The voltage input employs a high-voltage isolation module (2000 V, response time ≤ 2 μs), while the current input uses an AC current clamp (0–50 kHz, 0–5 A rms), ensuring safe isolation between the input signal and the measurement system and enhancing its anti-interference capability.

  • High precision

Both harmonic analysis and three-phase unbalance measurement employ reference algorithms with no approximations, utilizing high-precision 16-bit A/D converters for simultaneous sampling at a rate of 12.8 kHz.

  • Powerful software features

Employing a DSP+ARM+CPLD core architecture, this solution delivers high processing speed and robust software functionality, making it well-suited for complex testing and data-processing tasks and significantly enhancing testing efficiency and performance.

  • Many test parameters

System frequency, power grid harmonics, three-phase voltage unbalance, voltage deviation, fundamental and true RMS values of voltage, fundamental and true RMS values of current, voltage fluctuations, long-term voltage flicker, short-term voltage flicker, voltage swells and sags, fundamental active power, reactive power, fundamental apparent power, harmonics from the 2nd to the 50th order, and true power factor—along with energy and electricity consumption parameters: all these parameters are measured and displayed. The measurement and display also include harmonic distortion, energy consumption (forward active energy, reverse active energy, forward reactive energy, and reverse reactive energy), and frequency, among others.

  • Real-time Harmonic Data Assessment

The instrument is preloaded with the national standard limits for harmonics, enabling accurate, real-time assessment of whether the measured voltage and current harmonic data are within acceptable limits or exceed them.

  • Communication Interface

In addition to its internal storage capability, the power quality analyzer is equipped with two USB ports: one host port for saving data to a USB flash drive, and one device port for communication with a laptop, enabling data transfer and analysis.

  • Data Graphical Display

A 5.5-inch color LCD screen enables display of spectrum plots, waveform graphs, vector diagrams, and real-time data, and supports vector analysis and wiring identification, providing intuitive and clear visualization.

  • Waveform recording

It can perform automatic over-limit waveform recording and also supports manual triggering of event waveform recording.

  • Real-time printing

This instrument is equipped with a miniature thermal printer, enabling on-demand printing of real-time field test data.

  • Easy to use

Portable design with compact dimensions: overall dimensions (mm) are 320 × 280 × 135 (length × width × height); lightweight: the instrument weighs only 3.5 kg, allowing a single person to carry it to the field for on-site testing; equipped with a high-performance lithium battery that enables continuous operation for 8 hours without an external power source.
