Product Overview

The MC-604 Generator Rotor AC Impedance Tester is the latest enhanced model introduced by our company, developed through improvements and upgrades based on the MC series. It features “one-button jog-wheel” technology (rotary mouse) for convenient operation, and includes the ability to display and print AC impedance characteristic curves. Additionally, it can connect to a PC for data download and test report editing.

This instrument incorporates today’s most advanced ultra-high-speed microprocessor, delivering enhanced functionality, superior performance, and greater ease of use. It features high operational reliability, simple operation, high measurement accuracy, and a compact, lightweight design. Currently, it stands at the forefront of the domestic market.

Product Features

1. Utilizes the latest high-speed synchronous measurement technology to fully automate the acquisition, measurement, display, storage, and printing of all measurement parameters and impedance characteristic curves (including voltage, current, impedance, power, frequency, equipment ID, time, and curve data).

2. Ultra-wide measurement range, capable of fully automatic and manual measurement of the rotor AC impedance and its characteristic curves both inside and outside the膛 (cylinder) for all generator sets under both dynamic and static conditions.

3. Use the “One-Click Shuttle” (rotary mouse) for keyless operation, making it even more convenient.

4. Equipped with a built-in ultra-large-capacity memory that can store 6,400 sets of test data, and supports uploading to a PC via a standard industrial communication interface (RS232). The company’s proprietary software enables data download, automatic generation, and editing of standard test reports, facilitating technical management and archiving.

5. Equipped with comprehensive overvoltage and overcurrent protection functions; the setpoints for overcurrent and overvoltage protection are automatically adjusted based on the configured test parameters, ensuring both ease of use and the safety of the device under test.

6. It can also be used for no-load and short-circuit tests of single-phase transformers, as well as for volt-ampere characteristic tests of voltage (current) transformers and arc-suppression coils.

7. Original imported high-brightness blue large-screen graphical LCD, with a fully Chinese menu interface and cursor-guided operation for simplicity and convenience; real-time display of test data and curves, with automatic scaling of curve coordinates for clearer visualization.

8. Equipped with a built-in microprinter for real-time printing of AC impedance test reports and AC impedance characteristic curves.
