MC-DLJL Portable Battery Data Recording and Analysis Instrument

Model: MC-DLJL Quantity: 1 set Manufacturer: Hubei MECI Electric Power Equipment Co., Ltd

Category: Power Quality, Harmonic Analyzer

Keywords: MC-DLJL Portable Battery Data Recording and Analysis Instrument

Product Overview

The waveform recorder is a transient signal recording instrument developed specifically for power system applications. Its built-in software comes preloaded with test templates tailored for generator commissioning, enabling users to easily perform a wide range of tests using the recorder, including short-circuit characteristic tests, no-load characteristic tests, excitation system disturbance tests, 10% step response tests of the excitation system, demagnetization time constant measurements, verification of automatic synchronizing devices, and load rejection recordings for generating units.

The instrument is equipped with a comprehensive suite of software modules that enable users to perform graphical analysis, composite operations, RMS value calculation, AC power calculation, three-phase symmetry analysis, spectrum analysis, harmonic analysis, curve correlation analysis, graphic editing, and phasor diagram plotting, among other functions. Test data and analysis results can be exported as Word or Excel reports, or as JPG images generated directly by the software, facilitating in-depth analysis and processing of the test outcomes.

The instrument features 12 analog input channels, 12 active digital input channels, and 3 relay output channels, with a maximum sampling rate of up to 100 kHz, which is sufficient to meet the transient signal recording requirements for various power system tests. In addition, all analog channels are electrically isolated from one another to prevent connection issues between different potential points during testing that could lead to failures in the device under test.

Product Features

The instrument is equipped with a powerful software system that provides a wide range of functionalities, including data acquisition, compressed data storage, waveform analysis and statistics, graphical plotting tools, spectrum analysis tools, waveform combination and operation tools, harmonic analysis, RMS calculation, power calculation, three-phase symmetry analysis, and phasor diagram tools. Its key features can be summarized as follows:

1. Real-time plotting of test curves, along with a variety of curve analysis tools that allow users to freely zoom and reposition the curves.

2. The waveform displayed on the oscilloscope can be edited, including adding custom labels and changing colors, to facilitate the preparation of test reports.

3. A spectrum analysis tool is provided, enabling users to easily obtain the frequency spectrum plot of a signal.

4. You can freely select any signal as the X-axis and Y-axis to plot the relationship curve of the signals.

5. A harmonic analysis tool is provided, enabling harmonic analysis of the acquired signals with a maximum harmonic order of 1024.

6. The combined operation tool enables users to perform operations such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and integration on the acquired signals.

7. Calculate the root mean square (RMS) value and power of the selected channel signal.

8. Perform power and symmetry analysis on the selected three-phase signals.

9. Draw the phasor diagram of the selected signal

10. Use the software to select the channel signal type: DC instantaneous value or AC RMS value.

11. The system is equipped with standard test templates for the generator’s three-phase short-circuit characteristic curve, no-load characteristic curve, excitation system disturbance test, field-weakening time constant, frequency-voltage characteristic, load rejection test, and self-synchronizing synchronization test, with software that automatically calculates the relevant test result parameters.

12. The instrument can automatically generate WORD test reports and Excel test reports.

13. The test report automatically labels the curves, enabling fully automated test report generation.

14. The names and units of all sampling channels can be redefined.

15. Automatic saving of test environment and instrument settings for all types of tests.

16. Automatic calculation of test parameters for various test templates

17. Simple and convenient channel filtering method

18. Conveniently export test data using storage devices such as USB flash drives or portable hard drives.

19. The Windows XPE operating system provides self-protection and recovery capabilities for the software system, effectively preventing virus intrusion and damage.

20. Implement anti-shake processing to prevent user errors.
