Product Overview

The residual current device (RCD) tester is a highly efficient, portable instrument specifically designed and manufactured for RCD testing. In accordance with the requirements of GB 16917.1-2003 and GB/T 22387-2008, it can perform online and offline tests to measure the tripping current, tripping time, and maximum non-tripping time of RCDs, and can display the voltage of the test circuit in real time. Featuring simple operation, automatic testing, and data retention, this instrument is particularly well suited for use and promotion by electrical safety inspection authorities and power supply stations at all levels.

Product Features

  • Offers eleven current settings ranging from 30 mA to 1000 mA to accommodate different types of residual current devices.
  • Residual current operating characteristics of residual current devices can be measured both online and offline.
  • The limit non-tripping time for measurable-delay residual current relays is specified, with seven selectable settings: 60 ms, 100 ms, 200 ms, 300 ms, 400 ms, 500 ms, and 1000 ms.
  • Features digital display, count retention, and automatic detection.
  • Features real-time display of the line voltage of the circuit under test.
  • Automatic power-off after two minutes of inactivity to extend battery life.
  • Leakage protection devices with zero-sequence current transformers can be measured directly.
