Product Overview

This instrument is a Class 0.05 (0.1) single-phase AC and DC standard device designed in accordance with the requirements of Verification Procedure JJG 124-2005, “Verification Procedure for Ammeters, Voltmeters, Wattmeters, and Ohmmeters.” The signal generation section of the source employs a DSP and a 16-bit high-speed digital-to-analog converter to produce controllable sine-wave and distorted-wave signals. The display features a 5.7-inch TFT color LCD screen, delivering crisp and vibrant visuals. The circuit design is sophisticated, ensuring reliable operation and user-friendly control.

Product Features

1. The device consists of a single-phase AC voltage standard source, a current standard source, and DC voltage and current standard sources.

2. It features a calibration function, allowing the output value of the standard source to be corrected based on the readings of an external reference standard.

3. By using a dedicated terminal block in conjunction with the specially designed “clamp meter calibration coil,” clamp meters can be tested, with a maximum test current of 1000 A.

4. Manual and semi-automatic verification of digital multimeters, analog multimeters, clamp meters, and panel-mounted digital instruments with accuracy classes of 0.2 or lower is permitted.

5. It can generate distorted waveforms containing 2 to 31 harmonics, with the number of harmonics, their order, amplitude, and phase relative to the fundamental all being programmably controlled.

Using host-computer software, the device can be controlled by a PC to perform both automatic and manual tests, as well as to process and manage the test results.
