Product Overview

Product Features

1. Outputs up to six voltage phases and six current phases, with flexible configuration options to implement standard 4-voltage/3-current, 6-voltage, 6-current, and 12-phase output modes.

2. A high-performance embedded industrial control computer paired with an 8.4-inch large-screen, high-resolution color TFT LCD display provides rich, intuitive information, including the equipment’s current operating status, prompts for the next step, and various help messages, among others.

3. The output stage employs a high-fidelity, high-reliability modular linear power amplifier rather than a switching-type amplifier, delivering outstanding performance. It does not generate high- or intermediate-frequency interference at the test site and ensures smooth waveforms with excellent accuracy across the entire current range, from large to minute currents.

4. The output section is DSP-controlled, featuring high computational speed, robust real-time digital signal processing capabilities, wide transmission bandwidth, and high-resolution D/A conversion control. This results in highly accurate output waveforms with low distortion and excellent linearity. The device incorporates numerous advanced technologies and precision components and materials, coupled with a specialized structural design, leading to a compact footprint, lightweight construction, comprehensive functionality, and convenient portability. It is ready to operate immediately upon power-up, making field testing exceptionally convenient.

5. It can perform a wide range of large-scale, highly automated, and complex verification tasks, conveniently test and scan various protection setting values, conduct fault replay, store test data in real time, display vector diagrams, and generate online reports, among other functions.

6. Equipped with a dedicated, independently adjustable DC power output at 110 V and 220 V for convenient on-site testing and verification;

7. The new-generation MCJB-1200 tester is equipped with 10 digital input channels and 8 digital output channels, facilitating automatic transfer switch testing. The input contacts are compatible with both dry contacts and 0–250 V potential contacts and can be intelligently and automatically identified.

8. Provides various automated test software modules and GPS-synchronized trigger testing (optional), among others;

9. It can perform a wide range of complex verification tasks, conveniently test and scan various protection settings, and conduct fault replay. It can also store test data in real time, display vector diagrams, print reports, and more.

10. The thermal management structure is rationally designed, hardware protection measures are reliable and comprehensive, the unit features soft-start power-on functionality, and the software provides self-diagnosis of faults as well as output lockout functionality.
