Product Overview

Product Features

Standard 4-phase voltage and 3-phase current output: This unit provides 4-phase voltage and 3-phase current outputs, enabling convenient configuration of various output combinations for conducting different types of protection tests. Each phase can deliver up to 120 V, and the three phases in parallel can supply up to 120 A. The fourth-phase voltage Ux is a multifunctional voltage terminal that can be configured as one of four 3U settings. 0 Output either the synchronous voltage or any specified voltage value.

Convenient standalone operation: The standalone unit is operated via a user-friendly, flexible optoelectronic trackball mouse and a large LCD display, with all prompts and displays in Chinese. It can perform most on-site testing and verification tasks, including verification of various relays and microprocessor-based protection devices, as well as comprehensive group tests that simulate a wide range of complex transient, permanent, and transitional faults. Simply power on to start—operation is straightforward and quick.

Dual operating modes: connection to a PC for operation. Using a complete suite of Chinese-language operating software on the Windows platform, users can perform a wide range of large-scale, complex, and highly automated verification tasks; conveniently test and scan various protection setting values; store test data in real time; display vector diagrams; plot fault waveforms; and print reports online, among other functions.

The software boasts powerful functionality and can perform a wide range of highly automated, large-scale, and complex verification tasks, such as three-phase differential protection testing, plant auxiliary power fast switching tests, automatic backup power switching tests, and line protection synchronous reclosing tests. It enables convenient testing and scanning of various protection setting values, fault replay, real-time storage of test data, vector diagram display, and online report printing, among other features.

Rich digital I/O: 10-channel digital input and 8 pairs of dry-contact outputs. The digital inputs are compatible with both dry contacts and 0–250 V potential contacts, with intelligent automatic identification. Both the input and output contacts can be expanded according to user requirements.

Large-Format TFT Display: This instrument is equipped with a high-resolution, true-color 800×600-dot matrix TFT LCD display. All operating procedures are configured directly on the display, and both the user interface and test results are presented in Chinese, ensuring intuitive and clear visualization.

Self-protection: The device features a rationally designed thermal management structure, along with reliable and comprehensive protection mechanisms, soft-start power supply, and built-in fault self-diagnosis and interlock functions.

Independent dedicated DC power output: The device is equipped with one dedicated, adjustable DC power output channel at 110 V and another at 220 V.

High cost-effectiveness: This is a cross-disciplinary, collaborative design product that integrates cutting-edge technological achievements from multiple fields. It combines the performance of large-scale test instruments with the affordability of compact models, delivering exceptional value for money.
