Product Overview

The MCKG-6F high-voltage switch mechanical characteristic tester is suitable for testing and measuring the mechanical performance parameters of high-voltage switches in power systems across various voltage levels, including vacuum, sulfur hexafluoride, low-oil, and multi-oil types. It delivers stable measurement data with strong anti-interference capability, can be used for tests at substations up to 500 kV, features convenient wiring and simple operation, and is the most user-friendly tool for maintenance and testing of high-voltage switches.

Product Features

1. The instrument can automatically identify the open and closed states of the circuit breaker and, based on the reference breaker state, prompt the corresponding closing or opening operation.

2. Six independent break contacts that can detect and indicate the connection status of each contact, facilitating wiring inspection for users.

3. The instrument can store 100 sets of test results.

4. Large 320×240 LCD display with a high-grade grayscale screen that remains clear and non-glare even in direct sunlight; graphical, textual, and Chinese-character menu prompts; a user-friendly menu-driven interface for simple and intuitive operation.

5. The instrument features powerful graphical analysis capabilities, enabling simultaneous on-screen display of waveforms and measured data, thereby making the testing process more intuitive.

6. The instrument is equipped with a time-delay protection function: after the circuit breaker trips, the coil voltage is automatically cut off, providing excellent protection for both the circuit breaker and the test equipment.

7. This instrument can perform both electric and manual make-and-break tests.

8. Supports high- and low-voltage tests and automatically identifies the minimum opening or closing voltage.

9. Reclosing tests can measure parameters such as close–open, open–close, and open–close–open sequences.

10. Parameter measurement of vacuum contactors (single-coil type).
