The MCJB-702 relay protection tester is the result of extensive innovation based on the MCJB-701. It features a user-friendly, “foolproof” operation interface, an expanded current and voltage output range, increased power capacity, and the addition of a fourth-phase voltage output, Ux. Ux can be configured for a variety of functions and set to deliver multiple output combinations. The testing capabilities have been significantly enhanced, and overall product performance has improved markedly, earning continued support and appreciation from a wide range of users.

Product Features

1. Intelligent Host Unit The host unit is equipped with a high-speed, high-performance digital signal processor, offering rapid computation and wide transmission bandwidth. Its software implements double-precision algorithms to generate highly accurate waveforms for each phase as required. Thanks to its integrated design, the various components are tightly coupled, resulting in short data transmission paths and a compact overall structure.

2. Standalone Operation: The device is operated via a convenient and flexible rotary mouse connected to a large LCD display, with full Chinese-language visualization, enabling it to perform most on-site testing and verification tasks.

3. Connection to a Computer for Operation With the complete suite of Chinese-language operating software on the Windows platform, a wide range of large-scale, complex, and highly automated verification tasks can be performed. The system enables convenient testing and scanning of various protection settings, real-time storage of test data, display of vector diagrams, plotting of fault waveforms, online report printing, and more.

4. Large-Screen LCD Display This instrument is equipped with a large, high-resolution graphical LCD display. All operating procedures are configured directly on the screen, and both the user interface and test results are displayed in Chinese for intuitive and clear visualization.

5. “User-Friendly” Operation: The advanced rotary mouse significantly simplifies the design of the control interface, making operation straightforward, quick, and easy to master.

7. New High-Fidelity Power Amplifier The output stage employs a new high-power, modular high-fidelity power amplifier module that can operate in both current-output and voltage-output modes, delivering high output power, excellent accuracy, and superior reliability.

8. Direct Output of Current and Voltage: Phase voltage and phase current are output via DC-type power amplifiers, enabling direct output of AC voltage, AC current, DC voltage, and DC current, with adjustable phase angle and frequency, as well as the superposition of harmonics from the 1st to the 20th.

9. Self-Protection: Employs a reasonably designed thermal management structure and incorporates multiple reliable and comprehensive protection measures, including soft-start for the power supply, as well as built-in fault self-diagnosis and interlock functions.

10. Independent Dedicated DC Power Output: The device is equipped with one dedicated, adjustable DC power output at 110 V and another at 220 V.

11. Rich I/O Configuration: Equipped with 7 digital input contacts and 2 relay output contacts. The digital inputs are compatible with both dry contacts and 0–250 V potential contacts, and can be intelligently and automatically identified.

12. Integrated single-chassis host architecture; operates on a 220V AC power supply. Compact size, lightweight, easy to carry, and convenient for mobile testing.
