Product Overview

The MCCZ-C intelligent grouped grounding resistance tester is primarily used to perform automated group testing on large quantities of portable short-circuit grounding wires and personal protective grounding wires at operating units, in accordance with the requirements of the new safety regulations, and to automatically determine whether each set meets the specified standards.

Previously, grounding conductors were generally not tested; only the cross-sectional area requirements corresponding to different voltage levels were specified. The new safety regulations now set technical requirements for the resistivity of grounding conductors, enabling a scientific assessment of their overall quality—including conductor cross-section, material, crimping at joints, and the presence or absence of broken strands—so as to facilitate acceptance testing of newly installed grounding conductors and to conduct a scientifically grounded evaluation of the serviceability of existing grounding conductors in operation.

8. Automatically measures grouped grounding conductors with 2, 3, 4, or 5 terminals, accommodating a wide range of conditions.

9. The cross-sectional area and length of the grounding wire can be customized.
