Product Overview

The MC-3S multi-function electrical measurement transducer calibration system is a high-tech product developed by our company through the application of the latest scientific research achievements. This product incorporates advanced design concepts, employs a powerful DSP digital processing system and high-precision A/D and D/A converters, and integrates user feedback to bring together years of expertise in the R&D of electrical measurement instruments. The system eliminates the need for separate standard meters and enables manual or automatic verification of various AC and DC voltmeters, ammeters, wattmeters, phase meters, frequency meters, power factor meters, synchroscopes, and other indicating instruments, as well as the calibration of various electrical quantity transducers.

Product Features

  1. DSP-based digital signal synthesis and data acquisition/processing technologies ensure stable and reliable measurement output from the device.
  2. Equipped with a powerful microcomputer management platform, it enables microcomputer-based verification, data transmission, printing, and data management.
  3. The voltage and current ranges can be set according to the meter under test, with automatic range switching.
  4. Phase shifting can be performed either from current to voltage or from voltage to voltage.
  5. Large-screen LCD display, pop-up Chinese menu, freely movable cursor, on-screen help prompts, extremely simple operation, and rich display information.
  6. The instrument integrates source and measurement functions, equipped with standard references for power, frequency, phase, power factor, and AC/DC voltage and current. During verification, it can simultaneously display primary and secondary values.
  7. Automatically calculates and displays verification errors; verification results can be stored, previewed, and managed via computer.
  8. It can verify various electrical instruments, including multi-range meters and low-power-factor power meters.
  9. The output voltage and current sources are high-precision standard sources, with internal software calibration for stable and reliable performance.
  10. Strong load capability; can directly drive a 1 µF capacitor (100 V range).
  11. Automatic protection against voltage short circuits and current open circuits.
  12. Rigorous overload testing, shock and vibration testing, misoperation testing, and high-temperature aging testing ensure outstanding reliability.
  13. Imported standard chassis—compact, lightweight, and easy to carry.
