Product Overview

DC resistance testing of transformer windings is an essential test performed during equipment handover, major overhauls, and after adjustments to tap changers. Under normal circumstances, measuring the DC resistance of transformer windings and high-power inductive equipment using conventional methods—such as the bridge method and the voltage-drop method—is a time-consuming and labor-intensive task. To address this situation, reduce measurement time, and alleviate the workload of testing personnel, our company has developed a rapid DC resistance tester (hereinafter referred to as the “DC Resistance Tester”). This instrument incorporates cutting-edge power-supply technology and features stable performance, fast measurement, compact size, ease of use, high measurement accuracy, and excellent data repeatability, making it the ideal equipment for measuring the DC resistance of transformer windings and high-power inductive devices.
