Product Overview

This instrument is a new-type device designed for the verification of single-phase protective relays in various high- and low-voltage distribution systems. Its performance and test methods are based on the “New Compilation of Protective Relay Testing” compiled by the Safety Supervision and Production Coordination Department of the Ministry of Electric Power Industry. It is suitable for use in power, metallurgical, chemical, mining, textile, and other industrial and mining enterprises. The instrument can test and verify the operating voltage/current values, return voltage/current values, operating time, and return time of various electromagnetic, rectifier, and transistor/integrated-circuit relays, as well as the operating values, return values, charge/discharge times, and operating times of reclosing relays. It can also test the pickup current, the operating current of the induction element, the operating current of the fast-trip element, and the operating time of GL-type and LL-type inverse-time relays.

This instrument scientifically integrates a series of electrical devices—such as current and voltage generators, electric chronometers, standard voltmeters/ammeters, and voltage regulators—commonly used in protective relay testing into a single, compact, portable unit. It features dual adjustment, dual outputs, and dual displays, and replaces analog standard voltmeters/ammeters and electric chronometers with digital equivalents, ensuring precise readings and simple operation. As such, it is an ideal testing instrument for personnel engaged in protective relay verification.

This instrument features high accuracy, high power, compact size, light weight, digital display, simple operation, comprehensive functionality, reliable performance, and convenient, durable construction.
